Job Description

• Design and execute in vitro and in vivo biological evaluations per relevant standards. Plan and conduct advanced product validation studies.
• Track technological trends and competitor developments.
• Identify regulatory pathways and develop product approval roadmaps.
• Draft and coordinate funding proposals for product development.
• Maintain documentation following ISO 13485 standards.
• Contribute to clinical investigation planning and validation of medical devices.
• Manage regulatory documentation and ensure compliance.
• Build and manage collaborations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare scientific reports, manuscripts, and presentations.

Candidate Profile

• PhD or M.Sc./M.Tech with 4-5 years of industry experience.
• PhD or M.Sc. in biology/biotechnology/biosciences or relevant discipline.
• Prior experience in biomaterials or tissue engineering is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in biological/biochemical assays and analytical techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO 10993 for biocompatibility assessment is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and statistical tools.
