Job Description

• Evaluate mechanical stability of coatings per ASTM standards.
• Plan and optimize coating synthesis workflows and processes.
• Support the manufacturing of pilot-scale batches.
• Coordinate supply chain activities while ensuring quality control.
• Document product development activities in compliance with ISO 13485 standards.
• Build and manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor technological trends and stay informed about competitor advancements.
• Identify and apply relevant regulatory guidelines for medical devices.
• Draft, manage, and maintain documentation related to process validation.
• Prepare scientific reports, articles, and presentations.

Candidate Profile

• M. Tech or B. Tech with 2 years of industry experience with educational background in Mechanical/ Metallurgy/Production/Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Prior knowledge of surface coating technologies is a strong advantage
• Experience with materials evaluation using ASTM standards is an advantage.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD design tools.
• Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills across diverse technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
