The CoE is guided by a Governing Council of scientists, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders who provide strategic direction, review milestones, and connect the Centre to India's broader clean energy ecosystem.

Purpose: Provide strategic direction; approve execution and governance guidelines; advise on facility, startup support, seed funding, and training; guide incubation and acceleration programs; review milestones and sectoral impact; enable ecosystem connections with industry, academia, funders, and policymakers.
