You will be working on the MAHA MedTech Mission, a high-impact national innovation program designed to accelerate breakthrough solutions in medical technologies and artificial intelligence from lab to market.

The Mission is anchored by ANRF and ICMR, with strategic ecosystem execution support by Venture Center. 

Projects will span:

  • Medical devices, diagnostics, digital health & healthcare AI

  • Clinical validation, regulatory approvals, and commercialization

  • Deep-tech innovation with real-world patient and healthcare system impact

The Venture Center team acts as the Program Management Unit, responsible for:

  • Monitoring project execution and commercialization readiness

  • Supporting startups with business, regulatory, IP, and go-to-market strategy

  • Coordinating with government bodies, researchers, investors, and industry experts

  • Driving impact tracking, reporting, and national visibility of the Mission

This role offers a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of science, startups, public policy, and national missions, helping transform promising research into scalable healthcare solutions.

Job Description
  • Support call promotion, applicant coordination, and communication tracking

  • Maintain project data, trackers, CRM, and documentation systems

  • Assist in organizing review meetings, mentoring sessions, and workshops

  • Support impact reporting, dashboards, and progress presentations

  • Track project milestones, documents, and compliance requirements

  • Coordinate with grantees, mentors, and internal teams

  • Support website updates, program visibility, and communications

Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project support

  • Background in sciences, engineering, management preferred

  • Strong Excel, documentation, and reporting skills

  • Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented

  • Interest in MedTech, startups, innovation, and AI ecosystems

Duration of the Project

1.5 yrs with a possibility of extension
