Job Description
You’ll manage sourcing, inventory, e-commerce, and logistics for our medical device portfolio. This is a chance to collaborate with top suppliers, ensure timely delivery of critical products, and expand our reach in both B2B (pharmaceutical/ hospital/ institutional) and consumer markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory & Supplier Management
- Source high-quality medical devices and components; negotiate pricing, contracts, and lead times.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain optimal raw material inventory levels at CMO to predict and prevent shortages or overstock.
- E-Commerce (Amazon)
- Manage the company’s Amazon storefront, including product listings, pricing, and PPC campaigns.
- Forecast and plan inventory specific to Amazon sales.
- Daily and weekly monitoring of customer feedback on all portals and monthly sentiment analysis based on overall customer feedback for the month.
- Government Tenders
- Identify and monitor relevant tenders on government portals (e.g., GeM, state procurement sites).
- Prepare and submit proposals; oversee order fulfillment for awarded tenders.
- Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate sourcing, warehousing, and shipping to ensure end-to-end supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to meet delivery schedules and control costs.
- Import Portfolio (Imported Medical Devices)
- Manage imported medical device vendors for newly onboarded partners and products.
- Conduct gap analysis and continue to add additional SKUs to the ecommerce portfolio.
Candidate Profile
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years in sourcing or supply chain management (preferably in medical devices).
- Proven Amazon or e-commerce sales management experience.
- Familiarity with government tender processes and portals is preferred.
- Hands-on logistics experience (shipping, warehousing, distribution) for B2B and B2C.
- Skills:
○ Strong inventory planning and supply chain optimization expertise.
○ Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central, PPC, and e-commerce best practices.
○ Experience in international logistics and cross-border e-commerce.
○ Understanding of government tender requirements and compliance.
○ Knowledge of medical device regulations (FDA, CE) is preferred.
