Job Description

Ahammune Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Clinical Project Manager on a 24-month fixed-term contract to expand its clinical development programme. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end execution of one or more clinical/ pre-clinical study projects, ensuring smooth delivery.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and timelines, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Review and monitor the hardware and software required for successful project delivery.
  • Review project documents and prepare supporting materials, such as procedures and manuals, as well as accompanying presentations.
  • Participate in and/or lead project preparation and follow-up meetings with partners.
  • Monitor and manage project budgets.
  • Support site monitoring activities and assist in resolving operational issues.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with standardized procedures.
  • Provide timely information to enable proactive decision-making.

Regular travel within India will be required. You will report directly to the Head of Operations based in Pune, India. Hybrid work mode is acceptable.

Candidate Profile
  • Postgraduate degree in biomedicine or a related discipline, or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional experience in the healthcare sector, ideally in clinical research/clinical project management, will be required.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Office/OpenOffice (especially Excel), CSV, and scripting.
  • Knowledge of scientific/medical photography would be an added advantage.
