Associate-Incubation Programs

The role involves supporting our growing Incubation and mentoring ecosystem, running accelerator programs, and supporting early-stage startups through structured interventions.

Job Description

• Collaborate with the Incubation and Mentoring Team to deliver the Incubation & Accelerator Programs.

• Work closely with startups to understand their unique needs and challenges.

• Assisting startups in refining their business narratives and creating compelling pitch decks for investors and stakeholders.

• Building and nurturing a strong ecosystem of mentors, investors, and domain experts, and ensuring timely and strategic connections between them and the startups.

• Connect them with appropriate mentors

• Facilitating effective communication within the cohort, and between cohort members and external stakeholders, to create a collaborative, learning-rich environment

Candidate Profile

• Foundational degree in Sciences or Engineering
• Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Good at managing multiple stakeholders
• Project Management experience would be good to have. 
• Ideal for candidates looking to move into project/program management

• Venture Center is a non‐profit organization with aim to benefit society by promoting entrepreneurs and start‐ups. Thus, Venture Center seeks employees and consultants with a strong interest and passion in seeing technology innovators, entrepreneurs, and start‐ups succeed, and a strong "service" ethos.

Compensation packages can be flexible but are often conservative due to Venture Center’s non‐profit status.

• Venture Center’s working hours are 9 AM – 6.00 PM (Monday to Saturday) and are designed to keep operations of Venture Center convenient for the start‐ups, entrepreneurs, inventors and others that the organization serves.
• Managers in certain functions are provided the opportunity to avail of flexible hours. All jobs are located at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
