Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Mechanical Architect to lead the development and optimization of our Special Purpose Live Fish Transport System. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing systems that prioritize fish welfare, durability, and operational efficiency.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
- Professional Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical system design, with at least 3 years in aquaculture, marine engineering, or related industries. Proven expertise in designing systems for live organism transport or similar specialized logistics.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, thermal systems, and structural mechanics.
- Experience with materials engineering for corrosion resistance and durability in aquatic environments.
- Innovative Mindset:
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges with creative solutions.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IoT-enabled systems or smart monitoring technologies.
- Familiarity with global aquaculture transport regulations and best practices.

- System Design & Architecture:
- Lead the mechanical design and development of specialized live fish transport systems.
- Develop innovative solutions for water circulation, oxygenation, temperature control, and shock absorption during transport.
- Project Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end design, prototyping, testing, and production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including aquaculture specialists, electronics engineers, and logistics experts, to ensure seamless integration of all system components.
