Qualifications

We’re hiring a Management Trainee/ Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work closely with the Founders of Heelium. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset. The individual should have an ability to think clearly and also execute at a fast pace. This role is suitable for a Generalist who is open to working across functions – just like a founder. REQUIREMENTS:

• Entrepreneurial mind set. Open to the Startup Hustle – working on many things at a time and odd hours sometimes. If you love your 9-5 routine, please DO NOT apply.
• Candidates from all streams can apply – degree is inconsequential.
• Candidate must be data driven, process-oriented and thrive in a fast paced, demanding and ambitious environment. This work demands a self-starter who is motivated to deliver an exceptional performance.
• Strong-willed, problem solver, hands-on, have an ear to the ground, get their hands dirty and solve real problems.
• Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and environments.
• Ability to analyze data and derive high-level insights.

Detailed Job Description

• Help founders ideate and execute across multiple functions such as product, marketing, operations and HR.
• Work on business processes with the Founders.
• Conducting primary and secondary market research, identify the gap in the market and execute new product launches.
• Report to the Founder on a regular basis on the state of key top line and bottom-line metrics and risk factors.
• Plan the overall strategy and be responsible for driving business growth and revenue targets for the brand on the website and all marketplaces. 
• Work on projects involving new products, markets and partnerships. This involves working with internal resources and third parties.
• Work within the Founding Team and assist in growing Heelium’s brand awareness and customer acquisition on all channels.
• Use data analysis to uncover key insights about our customers, competitors and markets.
