Job Description
The selected candidate shall be plan, organize and supervise activities relating to:
- Company administration including various service contracts
- Campus security and safety
- Stores, Inventory and asset records
- Procurement processes
- Oversight of campus development and upkeep
- Oversight of Campus engineering and ICT systems
- Emergency response
- Campus EHS and net zero plans
- Events organization and logistics
- Guest and visitor hospitality
- Other functions
Candidate Profile
- 5 years experience in general administration and management. Experience in organizations known for discipline, efficiency and high ethical standards.
- Minimum undergraduate degree with an understanding of the campus management space.
- Comfort with modern digital tools and software.
- Preference may be given to candidates with defense or hospitality services background.
- Other competencies:

- Comfort with data, analytics, reports, presentations, proposal writing.

Growth Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity for independently driving several administration and campus mgmt activities. There will be opportunities to design and implement new institutional processes, systems etc. The role also offers opportunities to build and maintain institutional processes of lasting value that are amenable to quality management systems.

- Venture Center’s working hours are 9.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays) and are designed to keep operations of Venture Center convenient for the start‐ups, entrepreneurs, inventors and others that the organization serves. Managers in certain functions are provided the opportunity to avail of flexible hours. All jobs are located at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
