Job Description
The selected candidate shall be plan, organize, track, execute/ supervise activities relating to:
- Company strategy, plans
- Stakeholder engagement including the Board, GB, donors etc
- Fund raising, identifying funding sources, planning and writing proposals, pitching
- Strategic communication, branding, marketing, annual reports, impact reports, data archives
- Strategic registrations, certifications, accreditations
- Plan, execute/ oversee transformational projects/ OKRs
- Operate an internal incubator for new initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Strong academic training in sciences/ engineering and allied disciplines or economics/ finance/ MBA
- Strong quantitiative skills; comfort with data, data analytics, reports, dashboards
- Preference may be given to candidates with CA/CS/ MBA (finance/ strategy/ marketing) backgrounds
- Strong understanding of technology development/ scientific entrepreneurship is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in general administration and management Or experience in entrepreneurial or non-profit management roles
- Preference may be given to candidates with strategy consulting roles and backgrounds.
- Experience in organizations known for discipline, efficiency and high ethical standards.
- Candidates with experience and track record with writing proposals, pitching, writing high quality reports. In depth understanding of Theory of Change frameworks.

- Venture Center’s working hours are 9 AM – 6.00 PM (Monday to Saturday) and are designed to keep operations of Venture Center convenient for the start‐ups, entrepreneurs, inventors and others that the organization serves. Managers in certain functions are provided the opportunity to avail of flexible hours. All jobs are located at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
