Detailed Job Description
  • Director Support: Assist directors with whatever arrangement they need related to admin tasks.
  • Documentation and Filing: Assist team members with documentation-related tasks, maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
  • Ensure that all documents are filed accurately and are easily accessible.
  • Office Management: Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies, including stationery and refreshments (tea, coffee, etc.).
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and visits. Coordinate logistics
  • Minor Accounting Support: Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Commerce
  • Proven experience up to 2 years in an administrative role, preferably supporting senior management. Freshers can also apply.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
