12th Journal Club: What Companies Can Learn from Their Biggest Fans

What makes people move beyond satisfaction to genuine loyalty?

What makes people more than satisfied customers—and turns them into passionate advocates? The 12th Journal Club at Venture Center Library takes up this compelling question through What Companies Can Learn from Their Biggest Fans, an article published in Harvard Business Review.

Drawing on Marcus Buckingham's work, the session explores five dimensions of engaging experiences—control, harmony, significance, warmth, and growth—and how they can transform the way organizations build relationships with their customers.

Through the Journal Club's signature Think and Link approach, participants will unpack the ideas behind customer loyalty, challenge conventional thinking about engagement, and discover fresh connections between business insights and the human experiences that shape them.
