Venture Center invites applications for IRP Cohort 4, an equity-free accelerator designed for healthcare startups with a working prototype that are preparing to raise capital.
Supported by Kotak Alternate Asset Managers Ltd., the Investor Readiness Program is Venture Center’s flagship accelerator aimed at helping founders prepare to raise ₹1–10 Cr within the next 12 months. The program focuses on building investor readiness through structured mentoring, strategic support across technology, intellectual property, and regulatory pathways, and access to Venture Center’s infrastructure and ecosystem.
What the Program Offers :
- Assured grant of up to ₹5 Lakhs for each of the 10 selected startups
- Opportunity to participate in an in-person bootcamp at Venture Center, Pune
- One-on-one, in-depth mentoring by active investors as anchor mentors
- Access to Venture Center’s labs, facilities, and a strong founder peer network
- Curated exposure to deep-tech investors, ecosystem partners, government programs, and charitable funders
- Demo Day with 30+ active investors and structured follow-on engagement

Please Note : Preference may be given to women-led startups and innovations addressing cancer, metabolic, immunological, and musculoskeletal disorders.
Program Impact :
- ₹38+ Cr raised by startups across previous cohorts
- Approximately 50% of funding facilitated through IRP investor mentors and Demo Day network
- Kotak IRP grants have supported key product development, regulatory, and scale-up milestones
