Profile of Panelists
Mr. Amit Borundiya
Amit is currently the CEO for Optrel India Private Limited which is declared as a iDEX-DIO DISC 7 Winner. He is a technocrat with strong business acumen and leadership experience of 16+ years in technology research, engineering, commercialization, strategic planning, product life-cycle management, P&L management, program management in Europe, Asia, China and America geographies.His experience also includes establishing new business unit, products, and departments for MNC in India from scratch. Amit has Masters from Ohio University and B.Tech from NIT, Kurukshetra and have worked in Teradyne California, Bosch and Nasscom Center of Excellence in IoT&AI.
Captain Javed Hasan
Captain Javed Hasan (Retd.) has accomplishments of more than 25 years encompassing the field of Marine Operation, CBRNE defense, Project Management, Fire and life safety, Research & Development, International Defence Cooperation & Maritime Force Protection. He has innate expertise to build, motivate and lead cohesive teams to achieve synergistic success in challenging environment. He has been actively involved with Indigenization, Joint Ventures, System Integration, Research & Development, Project Management and Gap Analysis. He also has the background to provide critical inputs on Interaction with Industry, Defence PSUs, Shipyards, Defence Research & Development Organisation and Foreign OEMs toward undertaking Business Development, Capacity Assessment and Trials & Testing. He has had more than 2 decades of experience in the field of System Integration of Fire Safety for Naval Platforms &, Armoured Vehicles, CBRN Technologies and Explosive Safety. Captain Hasan is the founding director of Adisan Systems.
Mr. Harsh Pathak
Harsh, a lawyer by education and an inventor by profession, leads operations at Technotreon, a notable Intellectual Property Development Company in India. With a strong focus on innovation, Harsh has overseen the creation of over 104 in-house patents, helping to transform ideas into patents and patents into tangible products. Under the IDEX project, Technotreon is developing a pioneering device set to become the foundational technology for driverless train operations in India. With a mission to scale India’s intellectual property landscape, Harsh and the Technotreon team are pushing the boundaries of invention and advancing technological progress across sectors.
