About the Speaker:
Ms. Vaidehi Kalzunkar is Deputy Director (Technical), FSSAI Western Regional Office. With over 15 years of experience in the food sector, she currently oversees regulatory functions for the Maharashtra–Navi Mumbai region as Designated Officer and Central Licensing Authority.
She is also in charge at ITCFSAN, Mumbai, where she leads stakeholder training and capacity-building initiatives in food safety. She has been closely involved in FSSAI’s Eat Right initiatives and brings diverse industry experience from leading organizations, including General Mills and Britannia.
Her expertise encompasses food regulatory compliance, food safety and quality assurance, R&D, and stakeholder engagement.
