The Venture Center Library invites you to the 8th edition of its Journal Club series, a platform for thoughtful discussions that bridge ideas from leading publications with real-world experiences and professional practice.
This session will feature a discussion on the Harvard Business Review article, "The Power of Mattering at Work," which explores how creating a workplace culture where individuals feel valued, seen, and impactful can significantly influence employee engagement, motivation, wellbeing, and organizational performance.
Through Venture Center's signature "Think and Link – Link and Think" approach, participants will collaboratively examine the article's key insights, connect them with their own experiences, and reflect on their relevance in today's evolving workplace environments.
