About the Authors
Dr. Ganesh Natarajan is an entrepreneur, investor, author, and corporate leader with extensive experience in scaling technology and social impact organizations. He is the Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of 5F World, GTT Data Solutions, and Lighthouse Communities Foundation, and serves on the boards of several companies and institutions including Honeywell Automation India and NASSCOM.Over his career, he played a key role in scaling companies such as APTECH, Zensar, and GTT, and was recognized by EY for entrepreneurship. Dr. Natarajan has also led major industry bodies including NASSCOM and TiE, authored fourteen books, and is a frequent speaker on digital transformation, AI, leadership, and social impact.
Dr. Uma Ganesh is Chairperson and Principal Trustee of GTT Foundation, Board Director of 5F World Skills Alpha and Emoha Health. She has four decades of success in corporate and entrepreneurial ventures covering manufacturing, media, banking and IT sectors. Her last corporate assignment was with HSBC as Chief Corporate Development Officer for their Global Resourcing Business, and was the Founder CEO of Zee Education and ran Zee Telefilms. As the founder of Global Talent Track, she has helped build one of India’s leading organizations focused on employability skills and the empowerment of rural women. She holds degrees from University of Delhi and IIT Bombay, and has actively contributed to industry bodies such as Confederation of Indian Industry and the Indian Women’s Network. She is also a co-author and columnist, writing on digital technologies, leadership, and social impact.
Priyanka Sangani is a Consulting Editor with Business Today and an Editorial Consultant with a healthcare technology firm. With over two decades of experience in business journalism, she has written extensively on corporate strategy, leadership, and technology. She has previously worked with The Economic Times and Business Standard. Her work focuses on understanding the deeper stories behind businesses and the evolving impact of technology on industries, people, and processes.
