Led by Pradnya Aradhye, Manager – Innovation Management at Venture Center, the session draws from hands-on experience in technology transfer, bioincubation, and startup mentoring. A Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP), she has supported medtech and diagnostics startups in navigating grants, funding, and early market pathways. She holds an M.Tech in Biological Sciences & Bioengineering from Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
