Speaker Profile :
Dr. Anand Sivaraman, Founding Director & CEO, Remidio
Dr. Anand Sivaraman leads Remidio, a Bengaluru-based MedTech company focused on AI-powered, point-of-care diagnostics. The company’s solutions enable early detection of eye diseases and systemic health risks through retinal imaging.
Founded in 2009, Remidio has achieved significant global scale :
- 4,000+ devices deployed
- 16 million screenings conducted
- Presence across 55+ countries
An alumnus of IIT Kharagpur, Dr. Sivaraman completed his PhD and postdoctoral research at MIT, USA. With over two decades of experience, his work sits at the intersection of technology, diagnostics, and public health.
He has led the development of scalable diagnostic solutions tailored for real-world clinical environments. Under his leadership, Remidio continues to expand access to preventive healthcare through AI-driven, portable imaging platforms.
