Author Talk | Stride & Thrive: Redefine Life Goals & Business Through Running

What if the discipline required to run a marathon could also reshape the way we think about leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal growth?

The Venture Center Library will host an Author Talk with Seetharam Rajamani, centred around his book Stride & Thrive: Redefine Life Goals & Business Through Running. The session will explore how the mindset developed through long-distance running—discipline, endurance, and resilience—can influence the way individuals approach challenges, leadership, and long-term goals.

Drawing from personal experiences and insights from the running track, the discussion will reflect on how persistence, pacing, and focus often translate into clearer thinking and stronger decision-making in professional and personal pursuits.
