The Immersion Program returns with a focused two-day edition for professionals responsible for shaping, operating, or scaling incubation centers. Drawing from nearly two decades of incubation practice at Venture Center, the program offers an inside view into incubation workflows, strategic decisions, and the operational considerations that underpin sustainable ecosystems.
