About the Speaker :
Aniruddha Joshi is Co-Founder and Director at Yagna Entrepreneur Success Services Pvt. Ltd., a consulting and implementation firm with over five decades of cumulative Theory of Constraints (TOC) experience. With 27 years across finance, IT consulting, and business transformation, he has led TOC deployments in manufacturing and service organisations since 2011, working closely with owner-driven businesses to deliver rapid, sustainable results using existing resources.
His professional journey includes associations with Cummins, Tech Mahindra, Satyam, Infosys, and Avenir, and consulting engagements with organisations such as Unilever, British Telecom, MTN, Kirloskar Brothers, Wipro Enterprises, and Godrej & Boyce. He is certified in TOC Fundamentals, TOC Application Expert (Supply Chain and Operations), Project Management, Thinking Processes, and is a Certified Demand Driven Planning Professional (CDDP).
