About the Program :
Startup Launch Acceleration Program (SLAP) 3.0 is an 11-day, sector-agnostic acceleration initiative for early-stage innovators and science- and technology-driven startups. The program is designed for founders navigating early questions around markets, regulation, funding, and venture strategy.
SLAP 3.0 builds strong entrepreneurial foundations through a structured mix of workshops, mentoring clinics, diagnostics, startup visits, and expert interactions. The focus is on clarity and rigour—equipping participants with practical tools, real-world insights, and exposure to Venture Center’s innovation ecosystem.
The program is organised and hosted by Venture Center and Social Innovations @ Venture Center, with support from the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India.

Program Structure and Duration :
SLAP 3.0 is spread over 11 days and combines structured learning with focused mentoring support.
Mini Workshops explore key aspects of venture creation, including value propositions, business models, market research, financial planning, pitching, regulatory pathways, technology validation, and grant writing.
Mentoring Clinics offer deeper, one-on-one or small-group discussions around technology development pathways, IP strategy, regulatory planning, prototyping approaches, and fundraising readiness.
