About the Program

Leap Global is a 6 month equity-free, cohort-based, accelerator program of Venture Center supported by DST NIDHI aimed at empowering deep tech startups with the tools, networks, and expertise they need to scale globally and make an international impact. Designed for deep tech startups in the healthcare, environment and sustainability sectors, the accelerator focuses on enabling these startups to break through domestic barriers and unlock global opportunities.

Many Indian deep-tech startups face barriers to international expansion due to limited access to global markets, regulatory insights, and strategic partnerships. Leap Global is a comprehensive, structured program that bridges this gap by providing tailored, specialised support and strategic pathways to navigate these challenges, ultimately preparing startups for global success.

Leap Global helps startups enter international markets by accessing opportunities such as:

• Raising funds internationally

• Expanding sales in international markets

• Connecting with potential partners, collaborators and KOLs that can facilitate international market entry

Partnership Catalyst

End-to-end expo support including travel assistance, demo logistics and product shipping, global event registrations, and curated stakeholder and customer discovery meetings.

Bootcamps & Demo Day

A three-stage accelerator journey: Diagnostic & Action Planning, International Mentoring & Global Readiness, culminating in an investor focused Demo Day.

During the accelerator program, participants engage in intensive, regular, personalised one-on-one mentoring with senior business leaders, investors, technical experts and entrepreneurs from India and internationally. They receive specialized guidance on global market entry strategies, regulatory pathways, investment frameworks, and building business relationships in strategic locations such as the USA, UK, Japan, Singapore, Europe, MENA and more.

Demo Day

The program culminates in a high-impact Demo Day in which the participants pitch their businesses to a varied audience of mentors, investors and international stakeholders. The startups will receive detailed feedback on their preparedness to access international markets and any relevant connections and expressions of interest to further associate with the startups.

Venture Center brings unparalleled experience to this initiative, having supported over 850 startups to date, many of which have achieved significant traction in international markets.
