This role is part of Venture Center's Program Management Unit. The Venture Center team acts as the Program Management Unit, responsible for:

Monitoring project execution and commercialization readiness

Job Description
- Support call promotion, applicant coordination, and communication tracking.
- Maintain project data, trackers, CRM, and documentation systems.
- Assist in organizing review meetings, mentoring sessions, and workshops.
- Support impact reporting, dashboards, and progress presentations.
- Track project milestones, documents, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with grantees, mentors, and internal teams.
- Support website updates, program visibility, and communications.
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in program coordination, operations, or project support.
- Background in AI, science, and engineering preferred.
- Strong Excel, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
- Interest in AI-ML architectures and the broader AI ecosystem.
- Duration: 1.5 years with possibility of extension.

- Venture Center’s working hours are 9.30 AM – 5.30 PM (Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday) and are designed to keep operations of Venture Center convenient for the start‐ups, entrepreneurs, inventors and others that the organization serves. Managers in certain functions are provided the opportunity to avail of flexible hours. All jobs are located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
