Job Description

The ideal candidate combines public health understanding with strong stakeholder management, program execution, and partnership-building capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnerships

• Build and manage partnerships with:
      * State and national health missions
      * Government departments
      * NGOs and implementation agencies
      * International organizations
      * CSR and philanthropic foundations
      * Hospital networks and medical institutions
• Identify and pursue grant, pilot, and deployment opportunities.
• Develop partnership proposals, concept notes, MoUs, and collaboration frameworks.
• Support strategic expansion into public health programs and institutional networks.

Public Health Program Management

• Coordinate implementation of maternal and fetal health projects across multiple geographies.
• Work with clinicians, field teams, and partners to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
• Monitor project milestones, impact metrics, and reporting requirements.
• Support training and capacity-building activities for healthcare workers and physicians.

Government & Institutional Engagement

• Liaise with public health officials and healthcare administrators.
• Support participation in tenders, empanelments, and public procurement opportunities.
• Represent the organization in conferences, policy discussions, and stakeholder meetings.

Research, Grants & Reporting

• Assist in preparing grant applications, donor reports, and impact documentation.
• Support data collection and public health reporting aligned with project objectives.
• Contribute to publications, presentations, and external communications where relevant.

Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with product, clinical, AI, regulatory, and sales teams.
• Translate field feedback into actionable operational and product insights.
