Bernhard Mohr is Managing Director of Evonik Venture Capital, with over 25 years of experience in the chemical and venture capital industries. Before joining Evonik, he held international roles at BASF in venture capital, strategic marketing, corporate development, and R&D. He holds master's degrees in chemistry from Stuttgart and Cincinnati and a doctorate from the Max-Planck-Institute. Evonik Venture Capital, founded in 2012, drives strategic growth for Evonik through investments in innovative startups. With 56 investments to date, it focuses on precision biosolutions, energy transition, and circular economy, investing up to €15 million per company across Germany, the USA, and China.u
