<p><strong>About the speaker:&nbsp; Chandrashekar Kupperi</strong>, General Partner,<a href="https://www.peacefulprogress.in/"> Peaceful Progress Fund </a>| Founder, ANOVA Corporate Services.<br>Chandrashekar Kupperi is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in M&amp;A, fundraising, and strategic financial advisory. He has led 11+ acquisitions, 4 divestments, and several restructuring transactions across North America, Europe, and India. As the founder of ANOVA Corporate Services, he has facilitated notable deals, including divestments to global companies like Nippon Paints and OYO Rooms.</p>
<p>An active angel investor with 30+ startup investments, Chandrashekar also serves as a General Partner at Peaceful Progress Fund, a SEBI-registered Angel VC Fund with investments in 21 startups. He is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, and Company Secretary with accolades such as the 'Rashtriya Udyog Ratna Award' and recognition for excellence in cost management. He holds an MBA (affiliated to BIM) and has completed a Senior Management Certification programme from IIM-Calcutta.</p>
