Program<\/mark><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Thoughtworks Technologies India \u2013 Venture Center Collaboration on Technology Incubation aims to support entrepreneurs \/ start ups working on technologies with potential social impact.<\/mark><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Under its Corporate Social Responsibility activities Thoughtworks Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. has provided funding for developing Science & Technology based solutions of Social Entrepreneurs at Venture Centre. This collaboration was launched in F.Y. 2023-2024.<\/mark><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    <\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Scope<\/mark><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    This CSR Grant will enable an entrepreneur \/ startup to conduct Proof of concept (POC) studies\/ prototype development or prototype validation and adoption of appropriate technologies to address social needs.<\/mark><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    Without limiting scope unduly, the projects and technology entrepreneurs chosen shall be:<\/mark><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Focused on a leveraging science and technology\/ inventions<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Focused on building a sustainable and scalable entrepreneurial venture<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Themes of social entrepreneurship will be preferred (Healthacare & Sustainability)<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Any other themes suggested by the Project Oversight Committee (POC)<\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      There shall be no restriction on the background of the entrepreneur. However, preference may be given to:<\/mark><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Women entrepreneurs<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • First generation entrepreneurs<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Social enterprises<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Any other criteria suggested by the Project Oversight Committee (POC)<\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Monitoring and reporting<\/mark><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Venture Center shall constitute a Program Oversight Committee (POC) for selection of grantees and to oversee the implementation of the project.<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The scope and extent of support to the grantee shall be decided on a case-to-case basis by POC<\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The\u00a0 Project Leader shall periodically review projects and report the progress to the POC<\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
