Ltd. have teamed up to support technology entrepreneurs in the Venture Center\u2019s extended innovation ecosystem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under its Corporate Social Responsibility activities Bajaj Auto Ltd. has provided funding for Developing Social Impact Technologies at Venture Centre. This collaboration was launched in F.Y. 2019-20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Objective<\/strong> : To select social impact technology innovations, support them with prototyping grants and mentor them towards conversion to products and services in use<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Scope <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bajaj Entrepreneurship Grant will enable an entrepreneur \/ startup to translate an innovative idea to a prototype.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Without limiting scope unduly, the projects and technology entrepreneurs chosen shall be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Focused\non a leveraging science and technology\/ inventions<\/li><li>Focused\non building a sustainable and scalable entrepreneurial venture<\/li><li>Themes\nof social entrepreneurship will be preferred (maternal and child health,\naffordable healthcare, assisted living for elderly and disabled, energy and\nenvironment , agro\/rural sector and such topics with social impact)<\/li><li>Any\nother themes suggested by the Project Oversight Committee (POC)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>There shall be no restriction on the background of the\nentrepreneur. However, preference may be given to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Women entrepreneurs<\/li><li>First generation\nentrepreneurs <\/li><li>Social enterprises <\/li><li>Companies as opposed to\nindividuals<\/li><li>Any other criteria\nsuggested by the Project Oversight Committee (POC)<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BAJAJ AUTO \u2013 VENTURE CENTER COLLABORATION FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP PROMOTION Venture Center and Bajaj Auto.
