Venture Center has strong collaborations and deep linkages to UK:
- (12 -13 Dec 2010) ACTIV-EE workshops supported by DST-NSTEDB, BHC, UK-IBC.
- (23 Oct 2010) Venture Center is providing in-kind support to Association of British Scholars, Pune.
- (30 Sep - 1 Nov 2010) ACTIV-SR workshops supported by DST-NSTEDB, BHC, UK-IBC.
- (27-28 Sept 2010) ACTIV-TT workshops supported by DST-NSTEDB, BHC, UK-IBC.
- (30 Nov 2009) RSC-CSIR Chemical Sciences Innovation Symposium; NCL and Venture Center in collaboration with Royal Society of Chemistry, UK hosted an event to showcase UK and India best practices in commercializing scientific research, supporting academia-industry links and promoting innovation in the chemical sciences.
- (July 2009) British Council supported Dr. Guruswamy Kumaraswamy (NCL, Polymer Sciences & Engineering) to attend the Ignite 2009 workshop at Cambridge and build a business plan around technology for security features.

- Dr V Premnath, Founder Director of Venture Center, was a Chevening technology Enterprise Scholar, 2004-2005 at Centre for Scientific Enterprises Limited (London Business School) and University of Cambridge, UK.
