The following price escalation policy is applicable to the following Venture Center services.

• Dedicated office space
• Dedicated lab space
• Lab workbench
• Hot desks

Price Escalation Policy

Clients of Venture Center who avail of the above services will be charged:

• A 10% premium over prevailing prices/rates after 18 months of usage of the Venture Center services listed above, and
• A 20% premium over prevailing prices/rates after 30 months of usage of the Venture Center services listed above

Note that the above price premiums are independent of any pricing revisions that are made from time to time, and that are applicable to all clients.
